Closed Cell Spray Foam
This commercial building formerly had fiberglass batt. insulation installed on the corrugated metal exterior walls. The fiberglass was removed and 2″ of closed cell foam was installed. Closed cell foam effectively stops condensation issues associated with metal buildings while providing excellent energy efficiency benefits as well.
